Rapid weight loss doesn't have to
be a mystery. A better body can be yours, along with
much better health. Let me tell you what I have done,
and what you can do, starting today. First, I am not
your doctor. You should be in good health to start
a rapid weight loss plan. Your doctor can advise you
in this, and provide guidance. Next, my doctor loved
it when I did what I am going to share with you below.
Next, just try it. Don't put it off for a month,
don't ask your neighbor. Just your doctor, and get
started. You can do this! You have the will to change
or you wouldn't be reading this, and the change becomes
easier as you do it. After you start and have some
success, you can see if your friends want to join
in and lose weight rapidly, too.
Look at what you eat now - this will just take a
second. I'll bet you can see that you should cut some
things out of your diet. Right? I mean, rapid weight
loss doesn't come from donuts and chocolate fudge
ripple ice cream, no matter what! Don't despair -
I have good news.
What if you could give up just one or two things,
and lose weight fast? Would you try it, at least for
a little while? I can promise if you do it, it will
change your life for the better. You'll feel better,
you'll have more energy. And yes, done right, you'll
achieve rapid weight loss. My cholesterol even went
down.
Rapid Weight Loss Plan in Brief
So here it is, the first thing you should do, right
now. Give up sugar. Give it up, and don't replace
it with fake sugar. It really isn't that bad, because
you don't have to give up fruit, and you don't have
to give up sugar one hundred percent, just mostly.
You can still have a chocolate here and there, or
one of those butterscotch candies or something like
that.
Seriously, we are addicted to sugar, and without
it you will lose weight. You should also cut down
the white flour and potatoes. Eat carrots or broccoli
instead of the potatoes, and eat a little whole grain
instead of the white flour. And consume a reasonable
amount all together, don't overdo it.
You've seen those Valerie Bertinelli commercials,
right? She looks great. I don't know if she lost the
weight rapidly, but you can. Start now. Talk to your
doctor to be sure, and exercise when you can, but
make the change and lose weight.
