as waterproof, some of them are washed off after being exposed
to sweat and water for long periods. Be on the safe side;
apply sun protection often especially if you know you will
be wet.

If you are out on a beach or walking in the park, be sure
to wear sunglasses, hats or caps. These items will give you
added protection from the sun. It would even be advisable
to wear clothes that have built-in protection. Remember, you
can also have skin problems in other parts of your body.
